Are you a young Ugandan passionate about shaping the future of policy and development?
The Economic-Hub Fellowship Programme is now accepting applications for its inaugural 10-month fellowship running from September 2026 to June 2027.
The programme brings together students in higher education and early-career professionals interested in public policy, development, research and evidence-based solutions. Fellows will gain practical skills in policy research, advocacy and stakeholder engagement, while exploring key socio-economic issues affecting Uganda, including youth unemployment, climate change, digital transformation and governance.
Participants will benefit from intensive training, one-on-one mentorship, hands-on policy research experience, opportunities to produce publishable policy briefs, and participation in public dialogues on important national issues.
Upon completion, fellows will graduate as certified Economic-Hub Fellows, equipped with practical research and policy skills, a portfolio of published work and a network of mentors and fellow young professionals.
